Requirements:

• Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to obtain admission).
• 2–7+ years of experience in debt finance, leveraged finance, banking, or related corporate transactions at a leading law firm.
• Experience representing borrowers, private equity sponsors, lenders, or other market participants in complex financing transactions.
• Strong familiarity with credit agreements, commitment papers, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, and related financing documentation. xrczosw
