About the Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, physician-led GI group in the heart of MetroWest Boston. Enjoy a collaborative environment, strong support, and a clear path to partnership.

• 8 Physicians, 5 APP's
• Schedule: Weekdays, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Single-hospital call: 1:12 weekends / 1:10 weekdays
  • supported by APPs
• Endoscopy center, care center, and hospital all within walking distance
• In-house services: infusion, pathology lab, FibroScan, and diagnostic ultrasound
• Teaching and clinical research opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $450,000 – $500,000 per year
• Signing Bonus
• Productivity Bonus: Additional annual bonus awarded after breakeven point, based on wRVU production
• Transition Bonus: upon promotion from Associate to Senior Physician (contingent on continued full-time employment)
