ATS Cases Inc is a leading manufacturer of specialized shipping containers for the Aerospace and Medical industries. We are seeking to hire an experienced Assistant Office Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement into the role of Office and Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities Include
- Support all administrative duties in the office and help ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Assist with order entry, invoicing , receivable and payable processing using company accounting software
- Assist with managing inventory
- Prepare packing slips and shipping documents
- Prepare time cards for payroll processing
- Maintain neat and orderly office
Qualifications for Assistant Office Manager
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office assistant role
- Understanding basic accounting principles
- English as a first language
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable in a small office manufacturing environment
