Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is highly desirable, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
• Experience in a school environment is preferred but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set individualized IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy across the school day
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning of student accommodations
• Foster a welcoming, positive environment that encourages student engagement and progress
