Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Ashland, MA 01721
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Assignment Type: Contract
Pay: $24–$25/hr DOE
Step into a hands‑on role where you’ll keep a multifamily community running smoothly. You’ll handle essential repairs, service requests, and unit turns that directly impact resident satisfaction and property operations.
Job Description
- To complete service requests, troubleshooting, and general apartment maintenance
- To perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, carpentry, and appliance repair tasks
- To complete make‑ready/unit turns to prepare apartments for move‑ins
- To ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule
- To partner with onsite teams while upholding safety protocols and Fair Housing compliance
Required Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance or multifamily experience
- Strong skills across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and general repairs
- Ability to complete full make‑ready/turn processes
- Must supply own tools for maintenance and repairs
- Ability to follow safety standards and Fair Housing compliance
- Reliable, self‑directed, and able to support daily maintenance operations
