Skills & Qualifications:
- ARRT (MRI) certification required
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Previous MRI technologist experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred
- Strong understanding of MRI safety and imaging protocols
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and staff
- Adaptability and openness to new workplace procedures
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and established clinical protocols
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy before, during, and after procedures
- Operate and troubleshoot state-of-the-art MRI equipment
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver precise diagnostic images
- Accurately maintain patient records and imaging data
- Adhere to facility safety policies and infection control standards
