The Role:

The Talent AcquisitionCoordinatorwill report to theSenior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, and support the Suffolk Talent Acquisition team in day‑to‑day recruiting coordination, candidate experience, and TA operations administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring recruiting processes run smoothly and efficiently, with a strong focus onjobrequisitionand postingmanagement,Applicant Tracking System(ATS)support, and operational execution aligned to Suffolk’s business goals.

This individual partners closely with recruiters, hiringmanagers,human resources,and TA leadership to supportenterprise‑widehiringinitiatives whilemaintaininghigh standardsof organization, accuracy, and candidate experience.

This position is based out of our Boston Corporate Headquarters with a hybrid work schedule (4 days in office/1 day remote per week).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Operations & Requisition Support:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with end‑to‑end requisition management in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS), including:
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining requisitions/postings
  • Ensuring requisition data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with approvals
  • Monitoring requisition status and supporting recruiters with system workflows
  • Assist in maintaining TA documentation, reports, and process tracking as needed.

Candidate & Recruiting Support:

  • Coordinate candidate logistics, scheduling, and communications to deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Support leadership recruitment initiatives through interview coordination and recruiting operations assistance.
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure timely movement of candidates through the interview process.

TA Operations & Administration:

  • Manage recruiting‑related invoices, including tracking, reconciliation, and coordination with finance and vendors.
  • Support vendor management and recruiting tools administration as assigned.
  • Provide ad‑hoc Talent Acquisition operations support, including special projects, hiring events, process improvements, and administrative duties as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented professional with strong follow‑through
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience supporting Talent Acquisition and/or HR operations
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset
  • Highly Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position (Coordinator, Talent Acquisition) in Boston, MA is between $26.4 per hour and $35.1 per hour. This represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Suffolk’s total compensation package. Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.
