We are seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Boston. In this entry-level role, you will support our senior account managers in maintaining strong client relationships, executing campaigns, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. Responsibilities
Assist with managing client accounts and day-to-day communications
Support the planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns
Conduct research and prepare client reports, presentations, and updates
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure projects meet client expectations
Track account performance and suggest improvements when needed
Attend client meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or related areas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
