Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Boston. In this entry-level role, you will support our senior account managers in maintaining strong client relationships, executing campaigns, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. Responsibilities

• Assist with managing client accounts and day-to-day communications

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns

• Conduct research and prepare client reports, presentations, and updates

• Attend client meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or related areas

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
