Paralegal
Temporary Family Law / Litigation Paralegal – Woburn, MA
Onsite | Full-Time | Open-Ended Temporary Opportunity | $22–35/HR DOE
Our client, a growing boutique law firm in Woburn, Massachusetts, is seeking a Temporary Paralegal with Family Law and/or Litigation experience to join their collaborative legal team immediately! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction and hands-on involvement supporting litigation matters.
The firm is experiencing continued growth and is looking to bring someone on quickly to support an increasing caseload. This position is being approached as an open-ended temporary assignment with potential for long-term or temp-to-perm consideration based on business needs and performance.
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Fully onsite in Woburn, MA
- Free onsite parking available
- Answer phones and communicate directly with clients
- Manage attorney calendars, client meetings, court hearings, and legal deadlines
- Draft motions, correspondence, and responses to discovery
- Review discovery materials and prepare case files for attorney review and court filings
- Maintain and organize legal files and database records
- Support attorneys and paralegals across active family law and litigation matters
- 2+ years of Family Law and/or Litigation Paralegal experience
- Organizational and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing sensitive matters professionally
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Clio a plus!
