Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure and/or eligibility as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
• Experience with school-aged children or a genuine interest in school-based settings
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Organization, flexibility, and a passion for student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
• Deliver group and individual therapy, supporting students’ communication and academic goals
• Consult with teachers, families, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate and timely records to ensure compliance and continuity of care
• Stay updated with best practices and contribute to a positive school culture
