Your Role

As a Caregiver, you'll provide individualized care that promotes each client's independence, dignity, and well-being.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Helping clients walk safely and assisting with transfers and repositioning
• Preparing nutritious meals and providing dining assistance when needed
• Completing light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe living environment
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement
• Following individualized care plans and client preferences
• Monitoring clients' overall well-being and reporting any changes to the care team

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Caring, dependable, and respectful
• Patient with a positive attitude
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Experienced in caregiving or home care (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
