A pharmacy opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacist ready to take on a night shift role in a well-established setting on Cape Cod. This contract position requires expertise in managing prescriptions accurately and ensuring optimal patient care during overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions in compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and storage.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective pharmaceutical care.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage restocking to maintain efficient pharmacy operations.
• Handle insurance claims and resolve billing inquiries related to prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of dispensed medications and patient profiles.
• Address and resolve any patient or provider concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Pharmacist license with experience in prescription management.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and pharmacy law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.

Schedule/Hours:
