Description

We're looking for a dynamic Regional Healthcare Manager to lead our efforts in the Boston and greater New England market. In this role, you'll serve as both the business and clinical expert within your region, driving growth in the healthcare vertical through our established distribution network.

What you will be doing:

• Lead business development initiatives to meet revenue goals specific to the healthcare sector
• Stay current on healthcare industry trends and identify opportunities to apply our research and insights across administrative and clinical environments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, healthcare providers, and key decision-makers
• Develop account strategies to drive growth across Clinical, Ambulatory, Mob's and all Healthcare environments
• Influence product specifications and close profitable sales through consultative engagement
• Manage and deploy inventory of Steelcase Healthcare Product Samples to key influencers, end users and other stakeholders who help design, build and operate in healthcare environments
• Connect our Steelcase Healthcare Research to our product development story and brand offering
• Define existing and competitive accounts, in alignment with the sales region and dealer
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years sales or design background in healthcare and/or Interiors
• Ability to travel weekly for day trips or overnight stays
• Willingness to work on-site at our dealer partner location in Boston when not traveling
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, interior design, architecture, or related
• You have an evident passion for healthcare
• Desire and track record of solving complex business problems
