About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified NICU RN in Worcester, Massachusetts, 01612!

Night Shift — 3×12 hours

Time: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (19:00–07:30)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence‑based neonatal care following NICU protocols.
• Manage respiratory support systems including HFNC, CPAP, mechanical ventilation, and HFOV/JET.
• Perform neonatal IV therapy, central line care, blood draws, medication administration, and emergency interventions.
• Provide feeding support (breast/gavage), thermoregulation, developmental care, family teaching, and monitoring for neonatal conditions (RDS, NEC, sepsis, NAS).
• Collaborate closely with respiratory therapists, social workers, radiology, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Use Epic for charting.

• Current MA RN license (conditional license acceptable)
• 2+ years Level III NICU experience
• EPIC experience
• NRP and BLS certified
