Staff Accountant
Kforce has a client in Newton, MA that is seeking a Staff Accountant. Responsibilities:
- Support month-end close activities, including prepaid expenses and accruals
- Prepare and post journal entries and expense reclassifications
- Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting tasks
- Provide ad hoc accounting support during the close process
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with month-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
