Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE

  • Researches and procures supplies for the Canyon Ranch property, ensuring best value through vendor comparisons and alternative sourcing.

  • Enters and manages purchase orders in the system, verifies item costs, and maintains accurate database records.

  • Maintains appropriate inventory levels using JIT practices to support smooth daily operations and planned events.

  • Processes inventory adjustments and transfers; receives and verifies shipments against POs and packing slips to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Completes daily receiving tasks in compliance with Central Purchasing SOPs and files all related documentation.

  • Collaborates with department managers and management on new vendor/item setup and supports staff with the online requisition system.

  • Partners with Accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate processing.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • 3–5 years of experience in the same or related industry/position.

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record meeting Group B Driving Requirements.

  • Ability to regularly lift and move objects up to 40 lbs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal company software systems.
