Supply Chain Operations - Source-to-Pay Process - Senior The opportunity We are seeking a senior consultant with expertise in end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. As a S2P Process Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and transforming S2P processes for our clients. With your expertise in end-to-end S2P processes and exposure to enabling technologies, you will provide strategic insights and support the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance S2P efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, helping them navigate the complexities of S2P while leveraging the latest technologies to drive value. Your Key Responsibilities As a senior consultant in EY's Procurement practice, you will:- Serve as a client-facing consultant, actively engaging with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored S2P solutions
- Prepare for and lead process workshops with clients, guiding discussions to gather requirements and foster collaboration
- Identify client challenges within their S2P processes and recommend innovative solutions that meet their business requirements and follow leading practices
- Own deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, driving development, facilitating client reviews, and ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attentiveness to delivery dates, ensuring timely completion of project milestones
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Provide thought leadership on procurement strategies, process optimization, and technology trends.
- Proficiency in end-to-end S2P processes and procurement best practices
- Ability to think holistically across people, process, data, and technology to design next-generation solutions
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business process design, procurement consulting or related roles with a focus on S2P
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in shaping and defining solutions for operational efficiency or digital enablement
- Familiarity with leading procurement technologies and their application in S2P processes
- Previous Consulting experience or involvement in multi-disciplinary transformation projects
- Exposure to advanced technologies such as AI and automation in procurement
- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $97,300 to $178,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $116,700 to $202,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
