JOB TITLE: HR Office Assistant
SALARY RANGE: $19+
HOURS: Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Main duties will be interviewing candidates in-person and via Zoom and assisting the HR department
· Must be computer savvy
· Attention to detail is very important
· Filing
· Data entry
· Make copies
· Schedules
· Duties as assigned
· Must be friendly/ Outgoing and articulate when speaking on the phone to maintain the image of a fun company to work for.
· Must be able to multi task. One day doing filing another day something else.
· Very Busy office – have computer experience with Word, Excel etc.
· Maintaining the file system, must be organized
· Possess strong customer service skills. Lots of energy!!
· Must be able to lift to 20 lbs.
