Project Coordinator
Location: North Reading, MA (onsite)
Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 depending on experience/qualifications
Our client is a long standing contractor specializing in infrastructure and service solutions for commercial, municipal, and utility customers. With decades of industry experience and a strong reputation for quality and reliability, the company is entering a new phase of growth backed by strategic leadership and investment. Responsibilities
- Coordinate service projects from intake through completion
- Schedule field teams and align resources with project timelines
- Communicate with customers regarding updates, timelines, and expectations
- Manage project documentation including reports, change orders, and invoicing
- Track labor, materials, and basic job costing
- Support project managers in maintaining organized workflows
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Ensure all project-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, assistant project management, construction, or engineering
- Background in commercial construction or mechanically oriented environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)
- Willingness for occasional travel (10%) within the Boston metro area
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
