HR Coordinator - Talent Acquisition POST NUMBER: 472860
Position Overview
The HR Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processing. This role partners closely with HR leadership, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience while maintaining accurate records and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding logistics
- Coordinate new hire processing, including background checks, I-9/E-Verify, system access requests, and orientation materials
- Assist with campus recruiting efforts, including event coordination, career fairs, and internship program support
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Provide administrative support for benefits enrollm ent , changes, and employee inquiries in coordination with benefits vendors
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions, escalating issues as appropriate
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including audits, reporting, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or administrative support role
- Familiarity with recruiting and onboarding processes; campus recruiting experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
