Digital Production Designer
This is a hybrid role with 50% on-site requirement in Wilmington, MA.
As a digital production designer , you will play a crucial role in the creation and maintenance of various digital design assets for our company. You will work closely with the design team to execute their vision and ensure that all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the design team to create digital assets such as social media graphics, email templates, and web graphics.
- Resize and format existing designs for various digital platforms while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Follow brand guidelines to ensure all designs are on-brand and reflect our company's visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and tools for digital production design.
- Communicate effectively with the design team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with Figma and understanding of general UI/UX principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with a solid understanding of core design principles.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and prioritizing tasks.
