Overview
MRI Technologist travel assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Start date 04/27/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,515-$2,608 per week. Guaranteed hours 40 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour shifts. Setting: hospital imaging department.

Responsibilities
- Perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures following established protocols and physician orders
- Position patients and select appropriate coils and sequences to obtain diagnostic-quality images
- Ensure patient safety, screen for contraindications to MRI, and monitor patient comfort throughout the exam
- Verify patient identity and imaging requests; document procedures and prepare images for radiologist review
- Maintain equipment and room readiness; communicate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and support staff
- Assist with contrast administration per training and facility protocol, when required
- Adhere to safety standards, including screen procedures for ferromagnetic items and ear protection for patients

Requirements
- Active ARRT Certification in MR (MRI)
- Minimum of 2 years current MRI experience
- GE MRI equipment experience required
- Meditech Expanse experience preferred
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings; able to take call as needed
- Must have own vehicle
- Perm address included in traveler profile
- Scheduling and RTO requests must be noted and included at submission
