What You’ll Do
Embedded within the Ecommerce Site Analytics team, this Sr. Analyst role leads A/B testing, optimization, and advanced analytics efforts. In addition to collaborating with product managers to improve site performance and align with the ecommerce roadmap, this role will create and leverage AI-driven automation and machine learning–powered insights to identify growth opportunities, enhance decision-making, and accelerate experimentation velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration and Optimization: Partner with product managers to improve site performance, using both experimentation and AI-driven insights to identify and capture growth opportunities.
- Experimentation Framework + AI Analysis: Design and maintain scalable testing frameworks, integrating AI to automate setup, analysis, and prioritization while clearly communicating results.
- Data Analysis and AI Insights: Leverage statistical and AI methods to uncover behavioral patterns, validate hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize conversion and user experience.
- KPI Monitoring and Predictive Reporting: Develop dashboards and automated reports, applying AI to forecast trends, detect anomalies, and highlight proactive opportunities for growth.
- Data Collection and Intelligent Tracking: Oversee tagging strategies and event tracking while using AI to automate audits, ensure accuracy, and optimize experiment tracking.
- Analytical & AI Tool Optimization: Enhance existing analytics platforms and pilot emerging AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate insights, and improve decision-making.
- Data-Driven & AI-Forward Culture: Champion a culture of experimentation, AI adoption, and data-informed decision-making across the ecommerce organization.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Must have experience as an analyst in an experiment-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience with AI/ML frameworks preferred.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with familiarity in applying AI for automation and advanced insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to responsibly use AI tools to simplify and present complex analyses.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for answering complex business questions with structured problem-solving, rigorous data analysis, and AI-assisted exploration.

The target annual base pay range for this role is $98,400 to $144,300.
This target annual base pay range represents our good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. We use a market-based compensation approach to set our target annual base pay ranges and make adjustments annually. We carefully tailor individual compensation packages, including base pay, taking into consideration employees’ job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and other relevant business factors.
