Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with minimal on-call

Pay Rate: $30.00/hr to $39.00/hr depending on experience

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a residential Service Technician
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license and insurable record
• Detail-oriented with strong diagnostic accuracy
• Able to manage multiple service calls efficiently
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Strong customer communication skills

Preferred :

• NATE Certification

Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled service calls
• Diagnose and complete approved repairs efficiently
• Mentor and support junior technicians
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Communicate equipment issues clearly to leadership
