Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk – Hyannis, MA

About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our Finance Department. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and schedule disbursements
• Reconcile transactions, statements, and deposits
• Communicate with clients to ensure timely collections
• Maintain account ledgers and post transactions accurately
• Prepare invoices and apply payments to client accounts
• Support the Finance Team with additional duties as needed
• Interacting with the individuals we serve and their families

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of financial/data entry experience
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Eagerness to learn new software and systems
• Experience with Black baud systems is a plus
• Experience with DDS/State billing process is a plus
• Must pass CORI/Fingerprint and DPPC background checks
