We have an opening for a Senior Product Manager, Campaigns and Content, focused on helping early-stage entrepreneurs grow their audience and turn followers into repeat customers through simple, modern, lead-capture experiences. Your strategic leadership will directly influence the overall product roadmap, technical direction, and overall customer satisfaction, translating directly into business results. The Senior Product Manager, Campaigns and Content will own our Audience Growth campaign experiences (Lead Magnet and Signup Landing Pages products), defining how Constant Contact helps customers build and nurture their contact lists from day one. This role sits on the Core Product team (reporting to the Leader of Campaigns and Content) and works closely with the Early Customer Journey Growth Band — the cross-functional group building high-volume entry experiences that help people just getting started with their business ideas. Our goal is to meet early-stage entrepreneurs where they are: on social, mobile, and at the start of their digital journey, and to give them simple, delightful ways to grow and activate their audience. You’ll shape the future of “Campaigns and Content” at Constant Contact, from link in bio flows and lead magnets to QR codes, giveaways, and automated follow-up campaigns, creating the easiest way for small businesses to turn attention into relationships. What You'll Do:- Set Direction: Define and execute the product strategy for Campaigns and Content (Lead Magnet, Signup Pages, etc…), balancing near-term activation wins with long-term audience growth.
- Modernize Acquisition: Build simple, audience growth first experiences for Campaigns and Content — think link-in-bio, promo codes, and giveaways — that make it effortless for new users to grow their lists.
- Customer Value Delivery: Facilitate the ideation, validation, and delivery of customer value, emphasizing iterative improvements and a deep understanding of what's working and not working for our users.
- Drive Activation & Conversion: Optimize how early users capture leads and transition into email marketing, improving the path from first signup to first send.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Growth to ship features that expand reach, drive conversion, and improve onboarding flows.
- Use Data to Drive Impact: Identify the biggest opportunities to grow adoption and engagement using insights from usage data, funnel analytics, and customer research.
- Champion Simplicity: Ensure the Campaigns and Content experience remains fast, intuitive, and valuable — whether it’s a creator using a QR code or a local business launching a simple signup form.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, SMB, or growth-oriented products.
- Proven track record driving measurable customer acquisition or list-building growth.
- Deep empathy for small business owners, creators, and early entrepreneurs — you understand how they market and grow their audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: lead capture, landing pages, automation, and CRM flows.
- Highly collaborative — able to influence and align across Core Product, Engineering, and Growth teams.
- Comfortable operating at different altitudes: defining vision while executing on iterative experiments.
- Data-driven decision maker who uses experimentation and metrics to guide prioritization.
