HR Student Visa Coordinator ($30/hr - flexible schedule)

Our team is looking for a HR Student Visa Coordinator and help students navigate their visa processes while collaborating with faculty in a flexible, innovative environment. This role offers a meaningful impact, professional growth, and the flexibility to work remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid setting.

The schedule is flexible with both part-time and full-time options.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately enter and manage student visa information in the system
• Reach out to students to collect additional details for visa applications
• Coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth visa processes
• Support HR in compliance tracking and process improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Must have experience specifically with visas
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication for outreach and collaboration
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Nice to Have:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Experience onboarding new hires
• Knowledge of immigration policies and visa procedures
• Prior experience working with student visa programs
