Lead Value Marketing Manager - REMOTE

Accountabilities
- Develop and lead portfolio-level marketing strategy and brand management.
- Define and maintain integrated portfolio value propositions and core messaging.
- Partner with product marketing teams to align product strategies with portfolio narratives.
- Create customer-facing portfolio tools and tailored content.
- Lead development of economic and outcomes-based storytelling.
- Support strategic account engagements with cross-product discussions.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent portfolio value messaging.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen portfolio differentiation.
- Provide marketing management for all Cardiopulmonary service products.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders to influence strategy.
- Track and analyze market trends to guide organizational focus.
- Measure the impact of initiatives and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong connector across teams and consistent messaging.
- Experience in translating complex concepts into compelling narratives.
- Ability to work remotely with diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically (~25-30%) and internationally.
- Understanding of scientific facts and cohesive communication.
