ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of sales professionals to reach their full potential.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our long-term goals.
Monitor individual and team performance metrics, offering constructive feedback and ongoing support.
Collaborate with the broader leadership group to refine our sales processes and client outreach efforts.
Foster a supportive and encouraging work environment where every voice is valued.
Analyze local market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
RequirementsValid Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of leadership or management experience in a sales-focused environment.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members to meet performance goals.
Deep understanding of insurance products and market trends.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting software.
