Greenline Construction is looking for an experienced Residential Construction Sales Closer to join our growing team. We generate the leads and schedule the appointments—you simply meet with homeowners, use our proven Field Pro sales system, and close deals.
If you’re confident in the home, know how to build trust, and have a track record of closing residential construction projects, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, qualified appointments .
- Inspect the project and recommend the best solution.
- Present proposals using our easy-to-use Field Pro sales platform.
- Build trust and answer customer questions.
- Close residential construction projects.
- Ensure a smooth handoff to our production team after the sale.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience closing residential construction sales (required).
- Experience selling roofing, siding, windows, kitchens, baths, additions, decks, or whole-home remodeling projects And ADUs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary (if applicable) plus uncapped commission .
- Top performers have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually .
