We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team. This role combines relationship-driven sales with high-level customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, building long-term relationships, and serving as a trusted insurance advisor. In this position, you will work closely with clients to review coverage needs, develop insurance solutions, maintain strong retention, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. You'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional service our agency is known for while contributing to the agency's continued growth.
- Base salary of $60,000 with bonus opportunities, commissions, and you're paid on renewals
- Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities- Develop and present insurance quotes
- Close new business opportunities
- Cross-sell and round out existing accounts
- Maintain high levels of client retention
- Educate and advise clients on coverage options and insurance solutions
- Review and shop renewals to ensure clients receive appropriate coverage
- 3+ years of insurance experience preferred
- Strong understanding of homeowners and automobile insurance coverage
- Experience working with an Agency Management System
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer software proficiency
