Job Title: Redbud/CW Operator
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Springfield, MA
Job Description:
The Redbud/CW Operator is responsible for operating specialized manufacturing equipment used in the production process. This position requires attention to detail, equipment monitoring, and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate assigned production machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality.
- Perform routine inspections and minor adjustments.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Comply with all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and teamwork skills.
