Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring in Pepperell, Townsend, Groton, Ayer, Lancaster, Fitchburg, Leominster, Shirley, Bolton, Sterling, Gardner, Clinton, and Berlin, MA.

Do you have a caring heart and a few hours a week to give? We're looking for Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and Homemakers to support seniors and adults with disabilities right in their own homes - with flexible full-time, part-time, or short shifts that fit around your life.

No experience? No problem. We'll train you from day one, and you can even earn your official HHA certification along the way.

What Your Day Could Look Like
Every client is different, but the work usually includes a mix of:

Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support
Around the house: meal prep, light cleaning, laundry, and changing linens
Out and about: grocery runs and errands
Presence that matters: companionship, conversation, and being someone clients can count on
Staying alert: watching for changes in condition and responding calmly if something goes wrong
