General Warehouse Associate

Job Description:
Location: Franklin, MA
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Enjoy your weekends!)
Start Date: June 22nd
Comp: $16.50/hr | Contract-to-Hire
Want a steady schedule, weekends off, and a weekly paycheck? We're looking for reliable, energetic Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced distribution center. No experience? No problemwe train!
The Role:
Pick & Pack: Scan, pack, and prepare outbound orders.
Inbound/Outbound: Load, unload, and stock merchandise by hand and with equipment.
Tech-Driven: Work with RF scanners and cutting-edge picking robots.
Safety First: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
The Requirements:
Comfort standing for an 8-hour shift and lifting up to 40 lbs repetitively.
Good English communication skills.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
HS Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
