HVAC Service Technician
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Dedham, MA. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Install new HVAC equipment and ensure proper setup and functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about service options and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
- Valid HVAC technician license and relevant certifications.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
