A highly respected, privately owned outpatient orthopedic practice in the MetroWest Boston area is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist to join its thriving clinical team.
This is an opportunity to work in a busy, community-based clinic known for exceptional patient care, strong clinical mentorship, and a genuinely supportive culture. The practice is led by an owner/operator with more than 30 years of clinical experience and over 20 years of successful practice ownership. Position Overview
This role focuses primarily on outpatient orthopedics, with vestibular experience considered a strong plus.
The clinic treats a broad patient population ranging from pediatric through geriatric patients, with the largest demographic consisting of Medicare and commercially insured adults ages 40–60. The practice also sees a strong volume of sports injuries and active community-based orthopedic cases.

Schedule
· Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
· Tuesday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
· Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
· Dedicated documentation time built into the schedule
· Flexibility may be discussed for the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary approximately $80,000–$95,000 depending on experience and compensation structure
· Productivity incentive opportunities available after ramp-up period
· 401(k) with up to 4% company match from Day 1

Qualifications
Required
· Licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT)
· Strong manual therapy and orthopedic skills
· Functional treatment mindset
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Preferred
· Vestibular experience
· 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience
· Strong interest in collaborative patient-centered care
