You will drive the development of systems for capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge across the organization, while maintaining process documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role plays a pivotal role in helping the organization harness its collective knowledge to fuel innovation, improve efficiency, and gain a competitive edge.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Serve as the go-to expert and project lead for all documentation initiatives, including evaluating and selecting the best tools and technologies for authoring, managing, and publishing content.
- Champion documentation excellence by establishing best practices, governance standards, usability testing, style guides, version control, and regular audit processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, accessibility, and continuous enhancement.
- Foster an organization-wide culture of knowledge sharing by delivering training, promoting best practices, advocating for intuitive user experiences, and analyzing usage data to guide strategic improvements in knowledge and content management.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

- Apply hands-on experience in content curation, information security, and governance to ensure high-quality, compliant, and well-managed knowledge resources.
- Work confidently both independently and collaboratively, bringing strong communication skills that allow you to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excel in project management, leading multiple large-scale documentation projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality, detail-focused content.
- Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt to evolving industry trends, continuously refine processes, and maintain exceptional writing and editing standards.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
