Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable professional to support the DFS Fiscal Affairs Department in Stow, MA. This is a 2.5-month assignment focused on processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities

Process invoices through payment
-
Perform data entry for invoices, refunds, and fixed assets into the accounting system

File payment documentation and maintain records
-
Review and research vendor statements

Handle vendor correspondence
-
Assist with annual fixed asset reporting review

Support records management, including boxing and organizing files
Required Skills & Experience

Microsoft Word: Required - 3 years

Microsoft Excel: Required - 3 years

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - 3 years
