Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team in Franklin, MA. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for assembling and labeling products, including test tubes, potentially using machines like labeling and heat sealing machines. You may also be involved in panel building and cross-training on the lab side. This position requires working in a cold storage room for up to an hour at a time, with breaks provided to warm up. Jackets are provided for comfort.
Responsibilities- Assemble and label test tubes manually or using machines.
- Operate heat sealing machines.
- Engage in panel building tasks.
- Work in cold storage rooms, ensuring products maintain required temperatures.
- Cross-train on the lab side as needed.
- Minimum of 6-12 months of assembly experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work EnvironmentWork in a cleanroom environment where steel-toe shoes are required. The role involves manufacturing products used in infectious diseases and diagnostics. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime as needed.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, Massachusetts.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
