The  *Western Massachusetts Training Consortium is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse .   This position is a salaried full-time ,* and is in-person working from our offices in downtown Holyoke .

Responsibilities:

Licensed Practical Nurse (exempt full-time) ​

Home and Community Connections is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team. This unique position provides medical oversight and coordination of health services, staff training. Position requirements include an active Massachusetts LPN license, a minimum of three years nursing experience, familiarity with medical issues relevant to aging persons and people with developmental disabilities. Must be self-directed and a team player, have strong communication, organizational and time management skills. Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation. This is a 40 hour per week position (ranging $36,000 to $39,000 yearly). Flexible schedule/negotiable, with excellent health and dental benefits. In addition, we offer a generous time off package.
