Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team during the day. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play an essential role in ensuring a positive, efficient, and supportive experience. You’ll assist with delivery scheduling, account inquiries, service requests, and general customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and a strong customer-first mindset
• Assist customers with fuel delivery scheduling, account updates, and service requests
• Process payments, update billing information, and resolve account-related questions
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate with dispatch, service technicians, and internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
• Provide exceptional support in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak heating seasons

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required; experience in energy, utilities, or dispatching a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using CRM systems, phone systems, and basic office software
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering excellent service
• High school diploma or equivalent required
