Arch Painting, Inc. Painting, Inc. Painting, Inc. is seeking Assistant Project Managers throughout New England. We are looking for the right people to help us continue to expand and grow.

Description:
These roles include a variety of responsibilities and will require you to perform a wide range of job functions. However, the primary responsibility of this position is to assist with the management of residential and commercial painting projects and provide day-to-day project updates to the project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform onsite project kickoff meetings, on-site visits, and final walkthroughs on projects.
· Maintain positive relationships with all clients and vendors.
· Update CRM software with Job Notes.
· Take photos on job sites daily.
· Communicate any issues to Project Managers & Operations Managers
· Inspect crews on-site and ensure they follow the scope of work and perform work safely.
· Identify problems/issues in the field with Clients and Vendors and keep project managers informed for quick resolution.
· Keep project coordinators informed on job progress throughout the projects.
· Attend weekly operational meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
· The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Sound judgment and follow-through to accomplish tasks to completion.
· Uses tact and discretion.
· The ideal person will be a flexible & self-motivated team player who is willing to learn and perform various duties depending on the team's needs.
· Valid Drivers License and great driving record (company will provide a vehicle for daily driving to job sites)
