Overhead Door Field Service Mechanic
Join Door Systems Easthampton and be the trusted expert our residential and commercial customers count on across the Easthampton area. In this field-based role, you’ll install, repair, and maintain overhead garage doors and related equipment while delivering professional, friendly service.
A day in the life- Start from the shop or your first scheduled stop and travel between customer locations throughout the day
- Install, service, and repair residential and commercial garage doors and associated hardware
- Diagnose mechanical issues on-site and determine the right repair approach
- Work safely, follow procedures, and keep your workspace neat and secure
- Communicate clearly with customers and coordinate with the home office
- Represent Door Systems with professionalism and integrity
- Experience as a garage door technician preferred; related construction, mechanical, maintenance, or skilled trades experience also considered
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable, hard‑working, and customer‑focused
