Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM (20 guaranteed hours/week)
Compensation: $28–$33/hour (based on experience)

About the Family:

A warm and welcoming Belmont family is seeking a reliable, energetic, and caring afterschool nanny to support their four active children ages 8, 6, 6, and 4.The nanny will work closely with Mom each afternoon as a parenting partner, while Dad works outside the home and travels frequently. The household also includes a friendly dog and a daily housekeeper who helps keep everything running smoothly. This family is looking for someone who is dependable, enthusiastic, and hoping to grow with them for the long term someone who will become a valued and cherished part of their family team.

Responsibilities:

• School pick-ups and safe transportation to and from afterschool activities (family provides a nanny car for use while on duty)

• Engage the children in fun, active, and age-appropriate activities and play

• Provide homework support and encourage good routines

• Assist with afternoon snack and light meal prep for the children

• Coordinate with mom to divide responsibilities and ensure smooth afternoons

• Help keep children’s areas tidy and organized

• Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all four children

• Occasional domestic travel with the family (with prior notice), if available

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional childcare experience (nannying, teaching, or related)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (nanny car provided for work use)

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must be 18 years of age too apply

• Enjoys being active and engaged with children

• Comfort with pets

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $28–$33/hour

• Guaranteed 20 hours/week

• Nanny car provided for on-duty driving

• 2 weeks paid vacation

• 5 paid sick/personal days

• Paid federal holidays (if they fall on scheduled workdays)
