Master Electronics
Master Electronics is expanding our regional presence and seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to support and grow our customer base throughout the Boston region. This role is critical to strengthening our relationships with customers, reps, and supplier partners by providing dedicated, local support.
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and building strong, trust‑based customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, customer‑first environment and is passionate about driving measurable growth.
This is a high‑impact role with significant growth potential and the full support of Master’s sales, operations, and supplier teams.
Total Comp: $80,000 to $100,000 annually
What you will do?
Customer Engagement & Territory Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, reps, and supplier partners in the Boston region
- Conduct regular in‑person customer meetings to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to expand Master’s market share
- Serve as the local face of Master Electronics, reinforcing trust, visibility, and reliability in the region
Sales Execution & Growth
- Manage and grow revenue, seasoned account base
- Execute a structured territory plan focused on both new business acquisition and customer retention
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities and convert them into revenue
- Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service, timely order execution, and responsive support
What you bring to the table!
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in electronics distribution, technical sales, or related technical industry, demonstrating consistent performance and growth
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong collaborative skills with the flexibility to work independently or in teams, drive initiatives, and effectively communicate across different departments
- Comfortable with customer‑facing travel throughout the Boston region
- Experience with distribution, Electronic components, or supply‑chain‑driven sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Proven success in new territory development
