Front Desk / Program Coordinator
$18/hr | Serious applicants only
Somerset, MA location
We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and people-oriented individual to join our team and help support our growing programs.
This role is a key part of keeping our academy running smoothly, from helping new students get started to supporting daily operations.
What we’re looking for:
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with parents, kids, and adults of all ages
• Computer savvy and able to learn systems quickly
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative and works independently
• Team-oriented and professional
• Comfortable with cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, etc.)
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs
• Comfortable handling cash and non-cash transactions
• Basic comfort using CRM systems (or willing to learn)
• Previous front desk/customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable with light/soft sales
What you’ll be doing:
• Greeting students and families
• Booking intro lessons and managing leads
• Handling calls, texts, and emails
• Assisting with memberships and transactions
• Supporting coaches and front desk operations
• Keeping the academy clean and organized
List is not all-inclusive
Must be available to work the following hours:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
We are NOT looking for someone who trains martial arts
Portuguese Speaking a plus!
