$35–$40/hr
Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Well-established financial institution seeking an experienced Mortgage Closing Coordinator to support loan closing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Easily accessible via MBTA (near Lechmere Station). Limited street parking.
Responsibilities:Review loan files for accuracy and authorize closings
Schedule closings based on rate locks and deadlines
Coordinate with attorneys and lenders on documentation
Prepare closing packages and disburse funds
Review post-closing documents and follow up on missing items
Ensure compliance with all regulations and assist with audits
3+ years lending experience
1+ year mortgage closing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
