Cambridge Health Alliance's Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a nationally recognized model of care that serves adults aged 55 and older living with chronic medical and/or mental health challenges.

Our high-functioning interdisciplinary team supports this goal by providing fully integrated medical and behavioral health services, community resources, and home-based care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Position Overview
Under the direction of the Appointments Coordination Manager, the PACE Scheduling Associate performs a wide range of administrative and support functions for the department. Administrative responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Accurate and timely documentation of care in electronic medical records in EPIC, including documentation of care from outside providers
• Efficiently managing assigned work queue for care coordination
• Scheduling new and follow-up appointments for PACE participants as directed
• Providing support and coverage to the Scheduling Coordination Team where needed
Qualifications
• High School/GED required; Associates Degree preferred
• 1-3 years in an office/administrative role; healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with computer applications such as advanced word processing, spreadsheets, databases, flowcharts and graphics preferred (Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred)
• Experience with EPIC a plus
