What Youll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical issues on tractors and trailers using standard test procedures and computer diagnostics (JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, Windows-based tools)
• Perform preventive maintenance across our tractor & trailer fleet
• Conduct DOT inspections per FMCSA guidelines
• Safely handle physical aspects of the role: lift/pull 75 lbs or more, stand or lie for extended periods, and maneuver to access equipment

What Youll Bring

• Valid drivers license
• Ability to obtain a Class B license (preferred)
• Technical or advanced degree, or 2+ years of equivalent maintenance experience
• Hands-on familiarity with diagnostics and repair tools: JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows
• Proven problem-solving ability
• Teamwork and customer service mindset with strong oral and written communication
• On-site evaluation with recommended training
