RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - WEEKEND WARRIOR

Come join us at Mount Carmel Care Center! We are a Faith-Based, Non-Profit, boutique-sized Long-Term Care facility (69 beds), nestled in the heart of the Berkshires. Twice voted "Best of the Berkshires," we are sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013 and maintain a mission-based environment for our staff and residents.

We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN or RN - Registered Nurse for Weekend Warrior .

• $35.50 to $47.50 per hour based on license and experience plus additional for shift diffs.
• 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm EVERY SATURDAY and SUNDAY.

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN or RN - Registered Nurse for Weekend Warrior Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing License - LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse in MA.
• BLS Certification required.
• Nursing Home: 1 year (Preferred).
• Must be able to supervise and delegate.

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN or RN - Registered Nurse for Weekend Warrior Nurse Job Summary :

• Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identification and development of correction plans.
• Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.
• Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols and Interdisciplinary care plans.
• Report resident condition changes and document in Medical Record.
• Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.
